Walk and Talk therapy in Seattle and West Seattle
I provide walk and talk therapy to support a holistic approach to processing emotions. I meet individuals at Greenlake, Lincoln Park and Mercer Island. I also meet virtually.
Focus Areas
Holistic Therapy for Healers focuses on reducing stress and overwhelm and returning to ones authentic self. I use Internal Family Systems theory, Expressive Arts, poetry in processing grief and a holistic approach to support women in finding new ways to approach anxiety and depression. I teach individuals how to use the power of intention, temporal distancing (Using future Self) to shift awareness and compassionate noticing to bring in peace and abundance.
Starting Over After A Break Up.
Breakups can create a feeling of scarcity and fear which may develop limiting beliefs that shape how you interact with the present moment. I can help you develop an intentional way of connecting to yourself that helps you bring into view the life you want. I can help you explore the emotional and feeling habits that strengthen your self compassion and intuition. I use expressive arts, narrative therapy, nutrition/food science, and sensory enrichment to support you in developing a plan for your happy and healed future self.
Social Work Supervision – Learn how to structure child, and family therapy sessions using attachment theory, somatic family systems theory and narrative therapy. Supervision is a creative space to develop a deeper awareness of how to approach therapy with adults and families. I use a holistic approach to helping individuals find healing solutions for depression and anxiety.
