Fruits and vegetables plays an important role in self care and in reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Fruits and vegetables heal our nervous system and reduce inflammation, making vegetables and fruit a critical tool for managing stress and easing the digestive system. Vitamin C is known for reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, in this article I look at eating fruit as an important habit that improves emotional health.
